Cashless General Terms & Conditions - Love Tomorrow Summit 2026
Article 1: Cashless - General
1.1. “Cashless payments” are the payment method used at the Summit. The Summit Organizer reserves the right to allow other payment methods, such as cash payments and/or payments via other electronic devices.
1.2 “Pearl” is the official currency at the Summit. Summit Visitors can purchase “Pearls” via the Tomorrowland Cashless system by an online top-up through the Tomorrowland Account or a (fast QR-code) top-up at the Summit. Pearls will then be linked to the entrance ticket (of which the barcode is used to top up) and charged onto the Summit bracelet at the Summit entrance.
The value of one (1) Pearl will be made available to the Summit Visitor (on https://www.lovetomorrow.com/love-tomorrow-summit and https://practicals.lovetomorrow.com/) as soon as Pearls can be purchased.
1.3 The Summit Organizer cannot be held liable if the cashless system does not work, does not work without defects or only works in part during Love Tomorrow Summit. In that event, the Summit Organizer will provide a back-up scenario for Summit Visitors, e.g. via the provision of payment tokens.
Article 2: Cashless - transaction disputes
2.1 Top-up transactions
2.1.1 All disputes related to online top-up transactions must be reported immediately to info@lovetomorrow.com. Complaints related to online transactions will be accepted up to three months after the end of the Summit. Summit Visitors are asked to include the necessary supporting documentation when they communicate with the Summit Organizer.
2.1.2 Summit Visitors must report disputes regarding top-up transactions made at the Summit to both a Cashless Customer Service point (the info point) at the Summit and e-mail these to info@lovetomorrow.com. The Summit Organizer reserves the right to refuse disputes if neither proof nor documentation regarding the dispute have been submitted. Summit Visitors can track top-up transactions in their Tomorrowland Account.
2.2 Other transactions
All other transaction disputes must be reported to the Cashless Customer Service point (the info point) at Love Tomorrow Summit as soon as possible.
2.3 Support in the case of loss or theft of the value support
2.3.1 The Summit Organizer cannot be held liable for theft of loss of the cashless support (Love Tomorrow Summit Bracelet or Cashless Card) onto which the “Pearls” are topped-up after such support has been delivered to the Summit Visitor.
2.3.2 In the event of loss or theft, Summit Visitors can deactivate their cashless support via their Tomorrowland Account or by visiting a Cashless Customer Service point (the info point) at the Summit.
2.4 Refunds
2.4.1 With the exception of the Bonus Pearls, Bike Pearls, Crew Pearls, Partner Pearls, and Free Pearls; cashless Pearls can only be refunded after the Summit. As a result, the Summit Organizer will not refund any Pearls during the Summit (even if a Summit Visitor is denied admission to the Summit).
2.4.2 All refunds are subject to a refund fee, which will be made available to the Summit Visitor (on https://www.lovetomorrow.com/love-tomorrow-summit and https://practicals.lovetomorrow.com/) as soon as Pearls can be purchased.
Manual refunds
2.4.3 Manual refunds will be applicable to all amounts that are topped-up on the cashless support before, during and at the Summit. No automatic refunds will be applicable.
2.4.4 Manual refunds may be requested using the “manual refund form” until August 13, 2026, 23:59 CEST. No requests for a refund submitted after this date will be taken into account.
2.4.5 The Summit Organizer endeavors to begin the refund process within a period of seven working days after the end of the registration period for these refunds. This timeframe is subject to possible delays beyond the Summit Organizer’s control. The refunds will be conducted using the payment method indicated by the Summit Visitor on the “manual refund form”.
2.4.6 The processing period of manual refunds can take up to six weeks. The Summit Organizer cannot be held liable within this minimum processing period.
2.4.7 Summit Visitors are responsible for providing the correct refund information to the Summit Organizer. If Summit Visitors do not provide the Summit Organizer with the correct information, the Summit Organizer reserves the right to not carry out the refund.
Article 3: Third party service providers
3.1 The Love Tomorrow Summit cashless payment system services are offered to the Summit Visitors with the support of 2 suppliers/payment providers.
