Thomas Schiltz is the founder of Waste Warriors and believes business can be a force for good. Waste Warriors rescues surplus and imperfect fruit and vegetables that would otherwise go to waste and turns them into products people love. Working with its community, the company helps farmers, reduces food waste and supports Belgian food banks through donations. This year it is on track to save more than one million kilograms of food and help provide 500,000 meals to people in need. His goal is simple: to prove that doing good and running a successful business can go hand in hand.
