Thomas Hendrickx has spent his career at the intersection of brand building and behaviour change, starting in FMCG with HARIBO and Red Bull where he learned to make products feel culturally relevant. For the past six years he has been Head of Marketing at Bolt, one of Belgium's fastest-growing renewable-energy providers, working across strategy, growth and brand. His campaigns have made politicians uncomfortable, brought batteries, windmills and solar energy to festival stages, and shown that renewable energy can be as bold and culture-led as any consumer brand. In 2025 he co-founded Plenty, a cooperative energy player built on the belief that people shouldn't only consume the energy transition — they should own and help shape it. With Plenty he is rebuilding one of the oldest economic models in the book for a new generation, stripping away the dusty image and making it accessible and attractive.
