Michael Smith is Co-Founder and General Partner of Regeneration.VC, an early-stage firm investing in companies transforming consumer industries through circular and regenerative models, with 30+ companies backed across three funds. Earlier in his career he moved from broadcasting into music, touring globally as a DJ alongside Rihanna, Guns N' Roses, and Diplo, and building The Playlist Generation into a leading background music platform for global brands. He went on to co-found Creative Space, completing more than 80 adaptive reuse real estate projects, and Ponvalley, a family office platform integrating investment and philanthropy. Across all of his work, Michael operates across capital, culture, and community to build and back businesses shaping a more regenerative economy. He also brings leaders together through convenings such as Shared Mission and ReAssembly, with past participants including Al Gore, General Wesley Clark, The Lumineers, and Prime Minister Mia Mottley.
