Marijke Schroos is General Manager of Microsoft Belgium and Luxembourg, a seasoned leader with a long track record in the technology industry. Her experience spans marketing, sales and partner management, communication, organisational agility and change management, across both commercial and public-sector environments including the EU institutions and NATO. As General Manager, her mission is to empower every person and organisation in Belgium and Luxembourg to achieve more with AI. A self-described tech-optimist, she believes AI can have a positive impact on society — in healthcare, education, manufacturing and the public sector — helping people become more productive and freeing time to be more creative. She is passionate about helping people unlock their potential, and serves as executive sponsor for Diversity and Inclusion at Microsoft BeLux.
