Marcus Sagitz is Managing Director of Marketing & Corporate Affairs at PreZero International, one of Europe's leading partners for the circular economy. In this role he directs the brand's strategic positioning and public dialogue across ten countries. PreZero, part of the Schwarz Group, drives the transition to closed material loops — from collection and sorting to recycling, energy recovery and the supply of high-quality recycled materials. A graduate in economics and linguistics with roots in journalism and agency leadership, Marcus is a communications strategist at heart. Since joining PreZero in 2021 he has shaped its international marketing structures to position the company as an enabler of resource sovereignty in Europe. He is a strong advocate for a resilient economy where ecology and economics meet, with a focus on bringing operational scale to circular workflows — including through sustainability partnerships in professional sport with the DFL, UEFA and major football clubs.
