
Jeroen Van Hautte is co-founder and CTO of TechWolf, the leading data layer for enterprise workforce transformation. Using AI to combine skills, work and market intelligence, TechWolf helps companies such as HSBC, GSK, T-Mobile and PayPal make workforce decisions based on what people can actually do. The company has raised $42.75M in a Series B led by Felix Capital, with strategic investment from SAP, ServiceNow and Workday. A practitioner-researcher, Jeroen builds AI systems at enterprise scale while publishing peer-reviewed work with more than 180 academic citations. He holds an MPhil in Advanced Computer Science from Cambridge, where his thesis on language models for job-related text became the foundation for TechWolf's Skill Engine. He was named a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer in 2022 and made the Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe list in 2023. Based in Ghent, he is also a sub-three-hour marathon runner and a compulsive prototype builder.
