Inge Neven is a transformation leader who combines scientific rigour with strategic and operational experience across the public and private sectors. A bio-engineer with an MBA, her career spans strategy consulting, international NGO leadership across West and Central Africa, the digital transformation of Flemish broadcaster VRT, and the role of COO at Distriplus. She served as Chief of Staff, CIO, and CDO at imec — the world's leading semiconductor research centre — before stepping in as Crisis Manager for the Brussels Region during COVID-19. Today she is CEO of VITO, Europe's leading research organisation in cleantech and sustainability services, and serves on the boards of P&V Insurance and the Foundation against Cancer.
