Dr. Marconi Campos-Cerqueira is a Brazilian tropical ecologist with over 20 years of experience in biodiversity monitoring and conservation. He led the development of Arbimon, a globally recognised ecoacoustic monitoring platform used by researchers and conservation practitioners worldwide. His scientific work spans more than 20 peer-reviewed publications, cited over 2,000 times. He now leads conservation technology development at WildMon, a nonprofit equipping local communities with accessible tools to monitor biodiversity and make better decisions for their ecosystems.
